Placa IVAR.ST 20 AL (cod ST20AL) este o placă termoizolantă de sistem pentru încălzirea în pardoseală cu apă caldă în sistem uscat. Se potrivește acolo unde nu se poate sau nu este indicat să se folosească șapă de beton ori masă autonivelantă – la renovări în care șapa ar încărca excesiv structura, în casele din lemn sensibile la umiditate sau când înălțimea de construcție disponibilă este mică.
Proprietățile plăcii
- grosime 20 mm, format și dimensiune utilă 1200 × 600 mm = 0,72 m²
- pentru țevi PE-RT 16 × 2 mm la pas de montaj de 150 mm
- stratul superficial de aluminiu de 100–200 µm distribuie căldura pe suprafață
- izolație EPS 400: conductivitate termică λD 0,0314 W/mK, rezistență termică RD 0,65 m²K/W
- clasa de reacție la foc E, conform DIN EN 13163
Alcătuirea pardoselii
Peste placă se montează plăci de pardoseală din gips-fibră – producătorul recomandă Fermacell sau Knauf de 25 mm, pe care se poate lipi gresie ceramică. Sub parchet laminat ajunge o placă din gips-fibră de 12,5 mm. Cu această placă și plăci din gips-fibră, sistemul permite o înălțime totală de 45 mm (fără finisaj). Pe un suport stabil și portant, gresia poate fi montată și direct pe placă. Pentru o rezistență termică mai mare este disponibilă placa IVAR.ST 30 AL (cod ST30AL).

IVAR has been producing heating and plumbing system components since 1985: valves for heating bodies, direct heat metering modules, heat cost allocators, pipes and fittings, substations for heating systems, distribution manifolds, radiant panel systems, and components for solar and geothermal systems. Over 200 people are employed at our manufacturing facilities in Prevalle (in northern Italy’s Brescia province). The site has been designed to streamline our many production and operational stages.
